Return Conditions

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all BN Family products. That is, products created for or manufactured by BN Healthy - i.e. BN Chews, BN Caps, BN Fibre, BN Cal. However, we cannot provide the same guarantee for non BN products as we did not create or manufacture them.
We think they are great products; however, we can only offer the same guarantee they provide for their products.

For non BN products to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.

Shapewear Return / Exchange Policy

You may return your shapewear within 60 days for an exchange. We accept returns and exchanges of unworn items (trying it on over undies for fit is ok). It must be returned in new condition with the original packaging and tags attached and free of damages and scents by the customer.

You can request an exchange on the same product for a different size or colour or a completely new style. Once we receive your return item and it is processed, we will ship you your exchange. If you wish to exchange with a different product, we ask that you return your item and place a new order online.

Please note that customers must pay any price difference for exchanged items.
International customers will also have to pay for the shipping label returns.

Faulty Items

We pride ourselves on hand checking every item and thoroughly inspecting all goods before they are shipped to you. If you find any issues or faults with your items, please email us at support@bnhealthy.co.nz with an image of your item so we can manage faults with our manufacturer and work out the best way to resolve the problem.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Afterpay

You may return any items you are not satisfied with as per our returns policy. When waiting for your item to be returned to our Warehouse, please continue to pay your Afterpay payments.

Security Checks

You may be required to verify your account if our online support team contacts you.

Remember this is for your benefit, to ensure your card is not used without your consent. If we discover anyone trying to use another person's card or details without consent, we will not hesitate to report them to the Australian Federal Police.
